Strait Strands offers a range of barbershop services including, but not limited to, men's haircuts, beard trims and shaping, traditional wet shaves, head shaves, hairstyling, hair treatments, scalp massages, facial grooming, grey blending services, and the sale of grooming products. All services are subject to availability and the expertise of our barbers.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked through our online platform or by contacting us directly.
- We request that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices for services and products are listed on our site and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment as indicated at our premises.
4. Product Sales
- All product sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Returns or exchanges for defective products must be made within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
5. Client Conduct
We expect all clients to conduct themselves respectfully while on our premises. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or aggression towards our staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Strait Strands and its staff will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property suffered on our premises, except where prohibited by law. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment but recommend clients to exercise personal care.
